Think of it as an'active recovery' day.

12-9-6 with med ball
deadlift
front squat
push press

EMOM x 20 (4 rounds/5 stations)
1) 5 pausing OHS (light)
2) 12/9 cal row
3) :30 handstand practice
4) 10-15 wall balls
5) GOAT or 9/6 cal bike

Goat work or mobility with any time left
